Making a Groundnut Chikki

Aim: To cook groundnut chikki.

Requirement: a. Groundnut [400gm], Sugar [400gm], Glucose [50gm].

                                b.Chikki Cutter, Tray, Roller, Bowl, Sealing machine, Gas, etc.

Procedure: Roast groundnuts in a pan.
Now remove husk over groundnuts.
Heat the sugar syrup add [1 tbsp] of glucose in it and then mix it very well.
Add groundnuts to the mixture.
Now pour the whole mixture into the tray then cut it using chikki cutter and cut it vertical and horizontal.

Result: In this way we learnt how to make Groundnut Chikki.
