Making Nankatais

Aim: To prepare nankets.

Requirements: Maida [500gm], Ghee [300gm], Sugar Powder [300gm].

Procedure: Prepare a mixture of maida, ghee and sugar powder and here will be a dough you will get after mixing it. Now make small round shapes of flour and bake it in oven for 5-10 mins let them cool and then pack it.

Observation: After cooling the nankets turn crispy and hard.

Result: In this way we prepare nankets.
