• Project Title : Drying Apparatus
• Introduction : A machine for dehydration of Food Material
• Objectives :
• Making a wooden housing for the apparatus.
• Making a stand for the wooden housing.
• Installing sensor for data logging.
• Designing air temperature control system.
• Designing air humidity control system
• Data logging and data interpretation.

• The apparatus should be constructed likewise.

• It should have a insulated drying chamber
• It should have a control on inlet humidity
• It should have air flow controlling devices
• A weight measurement device should be inside the insulated chamber
• Data logging is necessary
• Use sensor for higher accuracy of measurement.

After designing the designs I started working on it.

First I welded a stand to fit the wooden housing in it

Then I made the Wooden Housing with the help of Shubham Dada.

Then me with the help of Yoga Sree Didi fit in the connections of the inside assembly.
